About NextGen Home Services
We are a local property services company built on showing up, doing good work, and keeping it simple.
Our story
Who we are.
NextGen Home Services is a locally owned property services company based in Carroll, Iowa, founded by Braxton Vonnahme and Jack Badding. We offer landscaping, window cleaning, snow removal, junk removal, and painting for homeowners and businesses throughout the area. We started this company because we saw a real gap: clients who needed reliable, consistent service from someone who takes the work seriously. That is what we aim to deliver every time.
